Equipment

Ingredients

  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup coconut milk or your milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp red quinoa
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup fresh strawberries
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the oats, chia seeds, and red quinoa. Give it a big stir to mix the ingredients evenly.
  • Pour in the coconut milk or your choice of milk, followed by vanilla extract and pure maple syrup. This step helps infuse the oats with sweetness and flavor.
  • Dice the fresh strawberries and mix them into the oat mixture. You can also add a handful of fresh berries for extra flavor.
  • Cover the jar with plastic wrap or a lid and store it in the fridge overnight. The next morning, your oats will be soft, creamy, and ready to eat.
  • Before serving, give the overnight oats a big stir and add your favorite toppings, like chocolate chips, extra strawberries, or coconut flakes. Enjoy!
