In a large bowl, add thawed frozen hash browns, salt or seasoned salt, onion powder and garlic powder. Combine and mix well.
Spray mixture lightly with avocado or olive oil spray evenly and coated well.
Set air fryer to 370° F and cook for 7 minutes. Toss or flip hash browns in basket and cook for additional 7-11 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Note that each air fryer may vary in time. Check frequently to make sure you don't overcook your hash browns.If you're making 1-2 servings, the cooking time will vary slightly. You may need to reduce your cooking time to 5-6 minutes total.These hash browns can be made oil-free. You can omit the oil and sprinkle a little water over the hash browns before placing them in the air fryer for a crispy texture.
