    Vegan Lasagna Recipe 🌱 1 lb vegan meat substitu Vegan Lasagna Recipe 🌱 1 lb vegan meat substitute (I use @eatplantboss) 26 oz spaghetti sauce 1 package uncooked lasagna noodles 2 cups vegan ricotta cheese ( I use @kitehillfoods brand) 2 cups vegan mozzarella cheese ( I really love the @traderjoes brand) 1 tbsp fresh parsley 1/2 frozen bag of kale (or 1 bunch chopped, stems removed) 1 zucchini 1 squash Salt & pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350 F Brown your vegan beef in large skillet over medium heat Add spaghetti sauce to your baking dish Combine mozzarella and ricotta in mixing bowl Add one layer of lasagna noodles Add cheese mixture on top of noodles Add kale layer Add zucchini and squash Add your vegan beef Add another cheese layer Add layer of noodles Add your sauce Add cheese on top of noodle layer Add remaining spaghetti sauce Add vegan beef layer Add another layer of cheese 🧀 Cover tightly with foil and bake in the oven for 1 hour. At the 40-minute mark, add additional cheese mixture to the lasagna and bake for additional 20 minutes. Let cool & enjoy! ✨ #veganrecipes #veganlasagna #veggielasagna #vegandinnerideas
