  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F
  • Slice brussels sprouts in half while air fryer is pre-heating
  • Place sliced brussels sprouts in a large glass bowl and coat evenly with olive oil, salt and pepper
  • Add brussels sprouts to air fryer, placing them evenly in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, depending on your level of crispness.
  • Add parmesan cheese to cooked brussels sprouts and return to the air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Make sure you cook the brussels sprouts in batches so that they are cooked evenly. Don't pile the brussels sprouts on top of each other!
